Faisal Town has been giving good news since day first.
1. The booking of pre-launch rate will be for a few days and soon after that the new rate will come, the dealers have sold this scam and tricked the middle class people and now they are trading their files in minus. I don't know how these people could say so easily 2 lakh minus, 4 lakh minus. These people have absolutely no idea how hard a middle class person earns and saves money to build a house for his family.
2. Development will be done with NOC on November 23, then said on February 24, again said eight to ten weeks later. Which has not started till today and I don't know when it will happen.
3. After the announcement of the balloting, Dealers and TH-camrs once again collected money from people in the name of installments with new marketing tactics. And now these same people will speak new things, defend themselves and prove us wrong. And this balloting announcement will be just like development.

PIB wagera me rakh kr 20% ka munafa kha rahe 2 saal se. kanjar kahe ge. do mahene badd ki date per realtors rec meeting me dalali krte howe taliyaan baja rahe. kisi me aqal nahi uth kr ch ko bata deen commitment or credibility ki kia value hoti hai. Real state market crash inhe dale developer or kanjar real state agento ki wajah se howi hai.
