This location provides the clearest example Ive seen of the various transitional forms of brick when superheated... The brick to sandstone is especially fascinating. I was just down in coastal Socal visiting family and couldn't help staring at the sandstone bluffs in OC and SD with my 'new eyes' lol.. Lots of bricks in there. Had an epiphany also about one of the major land-holding families in Laguna/Irvine... The 'Moulton' Family 🤣🤔🙄 Moulton Meadows, Moulton Canyon etc... Everything was molten! Probably not even their real names, tricky basterds!

Jon Levi encouraged us today to look at your video. He discussed your findings today. And he had a part 2 which is absolutely mind bending, but at this point, is entirely believable. I've seen so much of Tartaria, the Moors, architecture, analysis of American history, the Grand Canyon, the Smithsonian, etc etc etc that it just fits. I signed up for your channel today. This is a Fabulous video. I'll be looking at Part 1 and all others too.

Not only were you able to 'see' what others couldn't, you pulled a Spiderman to climb the cliff and then borrowed Thor's hammer to reveal the truth beneath the false facade, all while videotaping and then posting your observations and revelations. I am in Pleasanton and was digging a foundation for a garage along railroad tracks and found a room 6ft underground and a lantern from 1800's and deteriorated dungarees b4 I was stopped. Old Chinese railroad workers lived there. Right off main Street someone dug 3 holes that go into one of these caverns along tracks, just walked by it today.

I've always wondered about this location since visiting as a kid growing up in Bay Area, then later as a college student living in S.F, but never paid much attention to the narrative, until recently and have re-discovered why I always felt something strange here. Years ago I saw all those bricks and thought, huh thats kinda weird they would build like that, then I remember the history plaques narration they post said something about spraying that concrete stuff to stabilize the cliff from erosion. However, your video clearly shows the transition area from modern cement to melted brick. Next time I drive by there will have to stop and inspect again more closely.

There are parts of the foundation of the castle that are like steps infused into some rocks, and I remember thinking how the hell did they build that ! @@I_am_Kairos that one main historical photo of the parapet walls, ca. 1890s -- the one with the staircase and some silly statues in the foreground -- this pretty clearly shows these were built on top of the old strx. In Other misc. photos of cliff house from 1900s-1930s the melted bricks are seen in the same state as present. I've read previously the 'fire' destroyed the baths occurred in 1907, conveniently just after 1906 EQ, whereas now wikipedia seems to state 1966 as the date. Someone here must know the truth. ( mute point is there is no physical way any regular fire caused what is seen wrt the bricks, it won't happen.) So He- Adolph Sutro- came to fame engineering Sutro Tunnel ca 1860s then later came here to this site for engineering of his private Eden. (He also planted hella eucaplyptus trees at the time, And the city gave him a tax break for having forested lands. Read between the lines..) I won't go full-geologist and mention clastic dikes, injectites ('mud-volcano' to the layperson) but i could. They're a thing and that's part of what this is. It still doesn't explain the bricks. So You focus/zoom in on some very particularly choicy samples. I have questions about a few moments in particular. Cataclastic [tectonic/meta volcanic] Breccia vs. Debris-Flow 'breccia' deposits? Big question at a few spots. This can be determined with some quick fieldwork. (ignoring the fact we're looking at 'bricks' let's treat them as very large angular cobbles.) Also Is the light grey rock before the gunnite on right at 1:13 fractured granite or mudstone? is the sub-vertical greenish strx at 1:13 a fault within granite, or is it hydrothermal fluid-filled vein in mudstone? close up look can determine for sure but I thought I'd ask since you filmed it. And If it's granite (granodiorite) which i really bet it is- is this sliced from nearby montara mtn or the santa lucia granodiorite displaced by san gregorio fault up from 'pt lobos' in monterey county? Are there Pink alkali felspar crystals in there or not? I will find out this weekend and look forward to it. USGS maps all call this outcrop 'franciscan complex' so there is nothing of use there. The gunnite they sprayed covering the south end of the cliff structure has been very much altered by groundwater processes (and the salt spray) over the last 60+ years so that's why it is flaking away. If this alteration bears similarities to groundwater/liesgang bands /limonite/possible metasomatism(? speculative) in the melted bricks vs. other nearby franscism fm outcrop, close look at the cementation between the grains will be informative. I look forward to visiting this site soon with my own hammer, brunton (to take a strike/dip of the bricks, obviously) , and hand-lens should suffice to take a look at the grain orientation and rounding. One earnest request for your future videos, Kairos: When you are breaking things with your pick-ax, try to get a prettier slice/cleavage by bashing at an angle to exposed surface. How the thing breaks is important, and you lose this information by 'bashing' directly in at an orthogonal angle.

I know that they're using eucalyptus biofuel as an alternative to jet fuel... perhaps his eucalyptus forestation helped contribute to the vitrification of the brick in this instance? So amazing. It’s clearly made by man but the melted state that is in is not done by man. It doesn’t seem like it was done over a long period of time either. It’s like something happened and this is what it looks like ever since. I think it happens in a flash. After the flash is rendering of what the “high power” thinks of what we have done. The message from the machine is we always return to chard remains. Imagine if we built properly. After the flash the “high power” would make what we built into something better for us.
Everything we ever do turns to stone after these events. Maybe we are doing it wrong. What would look like after the flash if we did it right. I think some of these temples or structures withstood the test of time so well because the people who built them was living correct. There environment that they built was casted into glorification by a power that isn’t in our hands.
The next level everyone is 10 inches tall and they still call it 6 foot. When they find a red brick it will look like it’s 1 ft x 2ft x 4 foot. The trees will seem massive at first. Just kidding
