    양념을 미리 버무려놓는 사람은 아마추어에요 양념때문에 제대로 익히기도 힘들고 양념을 태우거나 물넣고 끓여서 졸이기 때문에 맛이다르죠 고기를 먼저 볶으면 고기 본연의 기름이 나와서 볶기때문에 훨씬맛있죠
