  • At 76, Brian May FINALLY Admits What We All Suspected
Brian May recently shared some deeply personal details about his conversation with Freddie Mercury before Queen broke up. Despite their incredible success and the powerful bond they shared as bandmates, there were times when May and Mercury had their disagreements. Now, May has opened up about the intimate exchange that took place between them during that challenging period.
Brian May is not just a legendary musician but also a songwriter, record producer, animal rights activist, and astrophysicist. He’s best known as the lead guitarist and backing vocalist for the iconic rock band Queen, a group he co-founded along with Freddie Mercury and drummer Roger Taylor. May’s extraordinary guitar work and his songwriting have played a huge role in Queen’s rise to becoming one of the most successful bands in the history of music.
Before Queen was formed, May and Taylor were part of a progressive rock band called Smile, which May had joined while he was still in university. The magic really started when Freddie Mercury joined the band in 1970, and a year later, bassist John Deacon completed the lineup. With the release of their album A Night at the Opera and its groundbreaking single “Bohemian Rhapsody,” Queen soared to become one of the biggest rock bands in the world.
However, as May recently revealed, there were moments of tension within the band. Before Queen’s breakup, Mercury had something important to say to May. This conversation has only now come to light, with May finally sharing the details of what Mercury told him during that pivotal time. However, to truly understand what happened that day, we have to trace back to Brian’s early days.

Here is one man that is so phenomenal that it’s really hard to believe that any one human being can be so gifted and yet remain emotionally attached to humanity. He is utterly awesome. He is a living miracle. One who can achieve so much, but not become conceited.
What is there not to love in him.He is a living miracle.

Brian is amazing and Freddie knew that that's why he wanted to have a group with him and Roger and eventually John. It would have been a shame for Brian to spend his life grieving for freddie he was way to talented for that plus Freddie wouldn't want that. Freddie knew talent when he saw it. They were so perfect together

Golden Label Rewind, get your facts straight! Queen NEVER broke up! Even nowadays they are doing live performances, obviously without Freddie Mercury as he passed away in 1991, and John Deacon (Bassist) who decided to live a quiet life. Deacon was so upset by Mercury's death in November 1991 that it resulted in a significant reduction in his musical activity. He said, "As far as we are concerned, this is it. There is no point carrying on. But Brian May and Roger Taylor continued playing as Queen + Paul Rodgers in 2005 and as Queen + Adam Lambert since 2011.
