This is just a quick comment before I do a full on theory, as I want to get to bed. Firstly, we have at least one animation left. Which hopefully give us more info on puppet, as Puppet has continuesly stumped me. Only guess at the moment is possibly he was from a location before even Fredbear and Spring Bonnie, hence him already being in the allyway. But I want to address something from lullybye 1, and thats Springtrap crying while watching Elizabeth and (supposedly) William dying. going off of Springtrap being Spring Bonnie rather tgan good ol' Willy, this scene confused me at first, however, I think I have the awnser. In this AU, it seems the crying childs death was fully instigated be Fredbear. I believe this event may be what William was inspired by. Springtrap is crying because he never wanted any of this, he just wanted to be in the spotlight for once
I'll be adding my opinion on the timeline in a reply tommorrow.

It's nightmare spring trap , it was based of a drawing at first , but it became a sfm and Gmod model
