When I worked in a restaurant our environmental health inspector told us never to store cleaning chemicals laying down. If they leak, chemicals can merge etc. he showed us some really scary photos of the outcome. Always store upright, how they are intended to be stored. Hope you don’t mind me sharing this. Xx
I just moved into my own place with my boyfriend about a month and a half ago, and I have been searching for your under the sink storage shelves all over, not sure if I just keep missing it in your Amazon store list or if it's just not there, but now you have the link right here and I am so happy, haha smiles! I am also excited to know about the tape for rugs and the leveler app, my kitchen rug goes everywhere and we are just starting to hang up our pictures and prints on the walls, smiles! Thank you so much for sharing Emily!
Firstly I wanna thank you for making video on birthday party ideas that go well any where, your sweet and sour platters were a big hit.All loved the idea of making a flower out of a sausage.
So I just made a video on some life hacks, I fold my cereal bags in a way they won’t spill, but that bag sealer looks so fun and awesome! I might just have to buy one! Love the video as always 🥰
The duvet hack is brilliant, my own duvet slides around & it can be frustrating to straighten over and over. I've used pins but they open up and scratch you. I'll definitely try this.
Love this duvet tip! I've seen clips and such marketed for duvets but never understood how to use them before this video. Duvets are a newer norm in the US in the past decade or less, so love them but am still learning.
I love the drawer dividers. All of my drawers are too deep, too narrow, too shallow, to have dividers work for me! But they look awesome and very functional!
Love your hacks :) just a note on the last tap to shower adapter. I was using one with my baby and he reached up and pulled off the cover for the hot tap. The hot water was then rushing straight on him and scalded him. Happened so fast! Thought I'd share my story incase anyone else is thinking to use one, got to watch those quick little hands. Thanks again for the video!
We had the shower attachment as a child growing up. One side would always pop off so you’d end up either burning or freezing your head trying to rinse your hair 🤣🤣 so nostalgic!!!
Hey Emily, good evening hope you’re all well I’m happy, good and well thank you good evening love this 10 home ideas and essentials video. I’ve really enjoyed this 10 home and essentials ideas video. These home essentials ideas are very lovely and good ways on how to keep your home happy every time. All of the home ideas were all of my favourite and they kept me feel happy and motivated. Instant leveller is so important and suitable and accurate way to keep on track with all of things you want to put up on the shelves or walls in your home. Oh the bag sealer idea is a really great and lovely one to keep a lot kitchen packages or items close and seal properly without using a bag clip too. Your navy blue nails and black dress is lovely! Cleaning microwave cover is also a good one to keep your microwave clean and fresh without having anything spilling in the microwave as well. The Hp printable are amazing! Stay in a place idea is also a wonderful tip because it keeps the things stay in one place instead of moving it around to clean the area too. Duvet idea is another beautiful tip for any types of beds that you have literally keeps falling off on to the floor. Yes my bed does the same thing just like that as well. Divider dividers are by for the best way to keep all of things inside of the drawers organised and tidy inside of the same drawer dividers. Ah the under the sink organisation idea is brilliant because with the sink shelf and inserts you can organise your under the sink kitchen objects to make it lot easier and tidy too. I use coloured storage containers and pots to organise lots of things as well. Can we see more what I eat in a day groceries hauls day in the life morning and evening night routines cleaning motivation clean with me extreme clean and organise with me longer clean with me winter food home hacks decorate with me air fryer food recipes get it all done with me packed lunches ideas for home healthy snacks ideas fussy eater lunches and dinner ideas family dinner ideas day in the life morning and evening night routines spring, summer, autumn, winter, kitchen, cleaning, party, home and storage organisation hacks DIYs and ideas videos and lots more inspirational motivational videos coming from you. Take care stay safe and well. Have a lovely week. See you on Wednesday evening with a new video at 7pm.😊🦋🎉🇹🇷🌹☀️🎈🌸🌺🎂⭐️🌷💐🐝🌈🐣🌻👸🥀🐤🌼🦓🦒🌴🌿🦢⭐️💐🌷🥀❄️🎄☃️🌹
I think I will definitely try the rug tape as my hallway rug slides everywhere over my laminate flooring. Does it come up easily for washing the floor?
Great hacks! I loved the microwave bowl one - didn’t know they existed! Also I will be trying the bedding clip one, it frustrates me so much when my daughters duvet is bunched down to the bottom of the cover Every morning! Those expanding drawer dividers look great! You also get cut to size drawer dividers that connect to each other so you can make different sizes compartments, those are great for ‘junk drawers’ - also on Amazon. The Ink hack is handy too, will need to see if that will work for my old HP printer. Eagerly awaiting your next video! Thanks
Hiya Emily hope you're well. Ive been wanting to ask you what's your routine with getting the boys homework done. It's so frustrating most of the times.. My boys bring their homework on Thursdays and are not willing to open their bags until weekend. I constantly try to motivate them. What are your tips on this. Love your videos. Always. Keep it up ❤️
I spent a car’s worth of money on my floors. The carpets were old and needed to come out, so my new floor is vinyl. I’ve had to place some rugs in high traffic areas and they slide all over. Thank you for the tips, hacks, and products! I have an HP laser jet, it’s brilliant! The toner lasts about 1000 pages and costs around £50, that’s 5p/page! That’s my little tip for you. 🥰
I am definitely going to try those ring binders on my daughter's quilt I've no idea how it always gets tangled up inside.. also that shelf for under the sink is genius, my under sink looks tidy but I can never find anything when I'm looking for them! I use a lazy Susan for my cosmetics it works like a charm!
Sorry I had to laugh at the last item, the shower attachment. Many of us, of a certain age and older, grew up with these when showers weren't the norm in the UK. Be very careful as over time the tap connection becomes loose and you either scald or freeze someone xxxxxx
Hi Emily, love all these hacks those draw deciders are just what I need! Can we have an updated after school /evening routine please! Also any hacks for sleeping, I have 3 little owls and juggling their after school reading and activities and bedtime routine is a nightmare! Xx ps absolutely love you and your Chanel you have made my mum life so much better x
I'm definitely trying the duvet one, mostly for me. My super king duvet moves around in the covers and I spend ages fighting with it every couple of nights trying to get it flattish. Thanks
I love your hack videos! Organization, kid safety, unique tools - this is a great blend of ideas. I love the leveller app that’s so cool and I’m in the same boat the hubby stores it out in the garage in a tool bag somewhere!
Oo rug hack too but it doesn't work on the ones at my front and back doors. Those are called dirt trappers and they are slightly rubbery. The tape will not stick on it
Hi ya Emily ❤️ l like the heated sealing thingo and the duvet hack. I’m going to rewatch how you did that flippy action- l usually have to get inside the cover almost ☺️ thanks for sharing.
Great tips. My favourite is the duvet/binder clips one. My duvet cover is always doing that & it drives me crazy. Just curious, do you have any info on the other duvet thing that you mentioned?
Bless you, when I was young that tap attachment hose was a necessity for washing your hair and ps there weren’t showers (baths, yes, and much condensation) or duvets (eiderdowns and sheets and blankets, yes) then, or supermarkets, colour tv, home landlines, juice in cartons 🤣
Ps if you watched Call the Midwife, I also had the Judy comic (highlight of my week, easily) that they showed, and I instantly recognised that ice lolly as a Zoom even though it would have been my brother’s choice and not mine 😃
Love these hacks!! And love your channel! You inspire me to be a better mom! Thank you! We use Beddy’s for our kids beds! Love Beddys! Game changer for bunk beds as wel!!
Maybe someone already recommended this in the comments but I just recently purchased a microwave cover with magnets on top that you can leave up in the microwave for times you don’t need to use one and it’s sooo convenient!!
Hi Emily, love this video. Favourite thing was the bag sealer, which I’ve just bought on Amazon, thanks for the tip. Gonna buy loads of snacks just so that I can seal them up again Lol xx
We have had a spray hose like the last one since the kids were small as our shower was dodgy at the time and it meant hair washing was so much easier during baths. Our kids are now in their mid/late twenties and although we haven't had to use it for years, I refuse to throw it out!
Hi Emily! You are just lovely! I adore this type of video! Did not know there was a leveling app for my phone! Will add it soon. 😃 And, I’ve not seen those bag sealer gizmo’s! Definitely will look for one! Thanks! Hugs from Ohio, USA! -Emila. 🌷❤️🌷❤️🌷❤️
Fun video! 😊 The sink tap shower attachment has been around for decades! ... My mum used it to wash my hair in the bath in the 1970s🤗. Lovely to see it! Is the rug tape designed so you can lift up the rug when cleaning to shake it out and wash the floor underneath?🤔 Or do you have to use a fresh new strip each time you lift the rug up?🤔. The duvet clip Idea is great! 👍😀.
All of your hocks were really good I already use the microwave cover for my food when I make eggs because they tend to explode everywhere the The hot water and cold water tap thing was interesting to
Did you know the measure app is actually already installed on your iphone as standard with the latest updates it has a measuring tool and level in it x
We use the hp instant ink cartridges it's really good didn't know about the printables though going to have a look. I'm going to try that tip about kids duvet cuz my daughters duvet drives me mad. Thank you xx
Can we just appreciate how organised Emily is and that she shares her hacks with everyone else!
She has made such a positive impact on my life, I am very thankful for Emily
She must really like doing this! Cos not sure everyone has the energy or time…
When I worked in a restaurant our environmental health inspector told us never to store cleaning chemicals laying down. Hi Emily the last one was a blast from the past! It’s what my mum used to wash my hair with on a Sunday evening! Way back in the day (in the 70’s!) 😂😂
Ah amazing!! Thank you so much for watching Sarah xx
Haha, yes we also got our hair washed with one of these in the 80s - I can still smell the rubber tap attachments 🤣
Oh god me too!!! That was the only version of a shower we had back then 🤣 Thank god things have moved on!
Can totally relate to this hack OMG Mam used it for all of our hair in the 70s/80s too. ahhhhh . Love the memory Emily..... thanks x
I member getting my hair washed on a Sunday evening with that too. Always before the original Darling buds of May. Great memories x
love the duvet hack :)
Omg the duvet one!!! This is my pain in the arse!!! Already ordered clips! Thank you so much 💕
Firstly I wanna thank you for making video on birthday party ideas that go well any where, your sweet and sour platters were a big hit.All loved the idea of making a flower out of a sausage.
Ah I love this Amreen. Thank you so much for watching xx
Hi Emily, my favourite hack was stopping the carpet from moving which can be dangerous. Thank you Emily🇦🇺🇬🇧❤️😊
Loved them all! The glue dot was my fav who knew. I feel like this would be great for candles too. Your home looks fab 😍 thanks for sharing.
Love the bedding back I hate it when the duvet bunches up inside the sheet ! Great idea definitely going to try that one ♥️
So I just made a video on some life hacks, I fold my cereal bags in a way they won’t spill, but that bag sealer looks so fun and awesome! I might just have to buy one! Love the video as always 🥰
Hi Emily .... I will definitely be using the binder clip for the duvets that's a great hack , enjoyed this video thank you very much ...
Love the binder hack to make the bedding stay in place😊
Me too Heidi! Thank you so much for watching xx
@@mrsemilynorrisalways a pleasure❤
The duvet hack is brilliant, my own duvet slides around & it can be frustrating to straighten over and over. I've used pins but they open up and scratch you. I'll definitely try this.
The duvet binder clips! I must sleep like a child because this happens to our duvet all the time! I am going to try it right now.
Love this duvet tip! I've seen clips and such marketed for duvets but never understood how to use them before this video. Duvets are a newer norm in the US in the past decade or less, so love them but am still learning.
Could you please share tips and things to look out for before buying a new home for first time for couples in the uk?
I love the drawer dividers. All of my drawers are too deep, too narrow, too shallow, to have dividers work for me! But they look awesome and very functional!
Thank you Emily, more tips for organizing please.

We had the shower attachment as a child growing up. One side would always pop off so you’d end up either burning or freezing your head trying to rinse your hair 🤣🤣 so nostalgic!!!
You are essential lol watching you is the only bit of sanity I have with these kids! 🤣 x

The tap attachment takes me back to my childhood. In South Africa we used them all the time on the bath taps. This was in the 1970s😅😂
For my cleaning products I have a bottle of white distilled vinegar and it cleans every single room in the house
Hi Emily.. your hacks are so great.. it helps me so much to organize my home..

That shower attachment reminds me of a scolding hot/ freezing hair wash as a child as .one always pops off!
Ahh your videos are always so useful. I’m definitely going to try some of these xx

Hi ya Emily ❤️ l like the heated sealing thingo and the duvet hack. I’m going to rewatch how you did that flippy action- l usually have to get inside the cover almost ☺️ thanks for sharing.
The seal gadget also act as a cutter...I have the same...the other side is used as a cutter when you use the same way to slide on the packet....
Great tips. My favourite is the duvet/binder clips one. My duvet cover is always doing that & it drives me crazy.

The sticky tape to keep your rug in place, unfortunately never got mine off my wooden flooring when I took up my rug . I’d be careful with that one!

Maybe someone already recommended this in the comments but I just recently purchased a microwave cover with magnets on top that you can leave up in the microwave for times you don’t need to use one and it’s sooo convenient!!
