    Brilliant. Very well done. You have the spacing perfected, now you need a way to get the depth of the gullets consistent.

    Well done. Saves a lot of fiddly setting out.
    Any discrepancies in depth will be corrected when using the triangular saw file.

    Can you not cut the kerf first then drill the screw hole on the kerf on the adjacent side to ensure center?

    if i may make a suggestion...be more concise. it took so long to explain this and really could have been said/shown in half the time.
