Traditional masculinity is needed amongst young men. With society trying to silence masculine traits like stoicism and more by calling them harmful toxic masculinity, many young men are being affected by this and thus lowering mens dignity. Stay strong brothers, don’t let people tell you to stop succeeding

Masculinity is needed among young men, yes. Toxicity is not. We can probably agree on this if you didn't have such a kneejerk emotionally charged responses to that phrase, but you're probably too ideologically poisoned by "woke moralists" to have a rational dialogue and understand that the concept of TM has a lot of merit to it

Toxicity isn't a trait exclusive to masculinity/men. That's why toxic masculinity isn't a thing & why it's a meaningless buzz phrase. There's toxicity and that's it. Narcissism and inflated ego's applies to women too, you get plenty of toxic women but nobody mentions toxic feminity.
It's just toxicity. Putting "masculinity" before it makes no sense.

Comics like 'The Boys' and 'Watchmen' are an enjoyable exploration of the ignoble superman, 'treatises' on how society could be with superhumans. In this respect, they are self-contained fables, they do not - and cannot - work as allegories simply because superhumans do not exist. We can talk about Homelander or Doctor Manhattan as much as we want without either character having any relevance to our world.
So, using the actions of fictional characters in 'The Boys' as examples of 'toxic masculinity' make no sense; 'The Boys' says more about the writer(s) than men as a whole. 'Toxic masculinity' is not defined here, other than to mention "narcissism and an overly-inflated ego", implying these are traits found primarily in men. I am not a psychiatrist but I do not think personality disorders, like narcissism, are gender-related. I think the maker of this video should offer some real-world examples of 'toxic masculinity', not related to psychological defects, if they want to be taken seriously.

Instead of just saying shut up. I will list my points where I completely disagree with this video. 3:15, you claim there are points brought up by this show that aren't blatant that is a complete disregard of the fact Homelander is incredibly similar to Trump and at times its so fucking obvious they are trying to make them one and the same at times. I think moreover, what is incredibly and sadly the growing trend of videos like this is to cluster in any negative trait of a man as being toxic masculinity. Which you yourself best demonstrate at 4:27 being trying to claim Billy is being a narcissist when in truth it is better described as his hellbent revenge that is completely blinding his actions. Moreover, Mother's Milk wanted to fight Soldier Boy who was contingent to the plan of beating Homelander so is it truly selfish for Billy to stop Mother's Milk if he needs Soldier Boy in order to kill Homelander. Yeah sure, it isn't the most clean cut scenario, but you once again ignore context to place your agenda upon a show that already has one in the first place. Now onto a very interesting point you mention 6:37 I don't know if you meant to or not, but you essentially end up describing what being a soldier is by having to take orders they don't agree with. What is the point being made. Is Soldier Boy pushing down tons of drama...YES! But at the end of the show he proves to be the only character or one of the few who kept his word. HE WAS WILLING TO KILL HIS OWN SON TO KEEP HIS WORD WITH BUTCHER. Other than the other fucked up shit he has done and that is without arguement, you can without a doubt recognize that he at least is a man of his word. Next 6:51 you claim no one stood up to him and his toxic ways in following orders or just who he is. Irregardless I'm not sure if you meant fully one way or the other, but to have dissent in a group over orders to a quick way to die in high risk situations. So would you say the army is full of toxic masculinity then? Or is it there needs to be an established hierarchy of order that while not pretty gets the job done. I am in no way justifying Soldier Boy's existence, but this word toxic masculinity ends up being applicable to anything rather quickly. Moreover by 11:42 after 2-3 minutes of an analysis on Homelander that is good you don't seem to either acknowledge narcissism and toxic masculinity are different. In a way you are making them one and the same. The definition of toxic masculinity is: Toxic masculinity involves cultural pressures for men to behave in a certain way. And it's likely this affects all boys and men in some fashion. Toxic masculinity refers to the notion that some people's idea of “manliness” perpetuates domination, homophobia, and aggression. The definition of narcissism is: "selfishness, involving a sense of entitlement, a lack of empathy, and a need for admiration, as characterizing a personality type." You seem to disregard that Homelander's narcissism can be displayed in women just like men. This isn't a problem of toxic masculinity but more of a narcissism. If you truly wanted to analyze toxic masculinity you should have picked Soldier Boy, but this analysis is all over the place and rather sloppy.
