Watching this and I have electro/mechanic degree. I never done anything like this, your electric knowledge is far beyond what i learned. Sadness, but watching this makes me want to get out into the garage and make what you create. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and showing what we can make. Defiantly a +1 sub from me .
I'm into this stuff, building things is something I enjoy, but i was raised in poor country and in a poor family, i didnt even had one single power tool. I have to say this hobby not only need passion but it need resources too and you my friend have them both! Congradulations ❤
agreed. I don't know that much about tools or circuitry, but it seems to me that if something goes wrong with the circuits you would want to have easy access to them to be able to correct the problem. if something goes wrong here the entire cover would have to be separated and resealed again. perhaps using something like a hinge and latch to close the top would be better? I'm not sure. what do you think of this suggestion?
Nice documentary of the build. You can get the gears off of those small motors pretty easily without a dremel by lightly clamping the gear in your vice, and using a screwdriver, or diagonal cutters to pry it off. Saves you some dremel work. A couple of concerning things here would be motor attachment, that plate its screwed to is pretty thin. Maybe make that part out of aluminum, or reinforce where the screws go through the wood.
That was an awesome build! I can't draw circuits like you did, but give me the outline of the circuit board, and the where the parts go, as well as a list of parts, and I can build it. Love your Dremel. I have that model too. I just might make this build, it was neat. You go dude!
You are mind blowing, five stars for you to make everything managed and properly and according to standard, just curious to know what is the power ratting of that single old looking cell in the battery pack you made?
Zaraz, zaraz, jakiego papieru używasz do termotransferu?
Good one. Can you help make something for the cutting stones?. Smaller stones. Am making some things with stone it would be great to have a power tool for it.
As much as I enjoy the diy nature of this thing and it's nice to see how its made there's some clear OSHA issues with this thing and I hope you'd just go to a garage sale and get one for cheap circular saw like the rest of the people in the world. These things generally see a few house floors worth of use for an average person so even an used one will generally be worth it. This is way too jerryrigged. The handle is way too unsecure with just glue as well as the spinter cover which should actually cover more of the blade since you risk ricochet splinters. Telling you now, that piece of cheap floor board feels bad in the eye area, even if you wear safety glasses.
Yeah I agree, this thing could easily brake if used incorrectly. If M.N. Really wants to make his own, he should at least make the housing out of metal and weld the handle on.
Hey bro... I love your projects all the times and I watched most of the videos with out fail... I need a help from you... Can you make a 18650 battery capacity testing.
3:33 for your own safety you should not let your fingers come sooo close to the saw blade. 99,14% of humans use a wooden pushstick for the table saw for a very good reason (to keep their fingers in the long run)
@@andriesdeboer2 my soloution is instead of using a tablesaw i use a "reverse"tablesaw. (circular handsaw on a slide with bearings) since i dislike tablesaws it looks very similar to this, just with rectangular rails th-cam.com/video/M1xYKw5FP-0/w-d-xo.htmlm41s

Everything you do is an art.i Love your videos.
this is a mini piece of art. well done

I wouldn't have glued the top on to it in case you have to go back in there for some reason

Or change the blade when it goes blunt which is a certainty.
great respect to people who know how to work with their hands

*Holy shit* - with these skills [most of all the electronics], every *secret service* would hire you immediately. *One* new subscriber.
To make an electric saw we need an electric saw 8)
ur a genius

Not sure if anyone gives a shit but I just hacked my gfs Instagram password by using instablaster.
Brilliant work 👌👌👌👌
Mind = BLOWN! Very cool.
Cool little tool.
You are very skilled tradesmen, nice videos!!!
Beautiful job, dude! Really nicely done!!! 😃
An example of "I will build it because I can, no matter whether I need it or not. Or if I can buy it."
Wtf, I can't even make paper plane perfect
Nice making you are
Moter one make morr plis
its imposible to change the blade then?
Very handy. That'll make smaller cuts easy !! Cool ! :)

You can even make use of circuit board!👍
Wow you can really create anything if you wanted to
Do well tought of in advance and perfect execution. I just didn't see the charging port. I'm going to make one 👏👏👏
Thanks! The battery is charging through the same port to which the saw is connected
Cool work there😍😍😍
Bro you are really my favourite DIY youtuber.....love u ....make videos once in week
Yetenek ve imkan basarili olmak için yeterli
Should have used screws instead of glue for the box. Awesome build.
Good job man.
Very very good jab and you're great
When I seen the thumbnail the first thing I thought was arm mounted saw.
just heat the little gear with the fire then pry the bottom with pliers and the gear will definitely be pulled out without damaging it
I used the saw, TO MAKE THE SAW!
You copied UU Tech’s comment
Poop Yus I didn't see his comment sorry
VexedNanite oh, ok.
Unlimited SAW
You have skills bro.
Damn, that is awasome! Till the last minute I was thinking it will fail. Like from me)
Nice! Would you like an Challange?
Make a angel grinder in the same fashion! A small 12v angel grinder!
again a nice project

OMG😉🛠️Nice this little saw 😊👍😍
Hello. This is a very nice project. Can you tell me the application you use to prepare the PCB? Thanks
really good work :)
Good work. May be it could have been planned better. There is no exhaust for the motor since it is in a closed container, and it will get heated soon.
Nice video
Excelente proyecto. Gracias
Well done!
like that a lot, well done
Grate job, bravo thanks for share.
This is so cool...i Am a so Huge fan of your work
To remove previous gear without cutting is to heat it then it expands n then quickly remove it
Great job!
Very very very .......good
Thank you
Fantástic 👍🏻 👏👏
Wow that makes my day
Bạn ở đâu vậy ạ .còn tôi Việt Nam 🇻🇳🇻🇳
Bravo. Complimenti
Yet another interesting project 👏👏. So useful one. Expecting more stunning videos.
God blesses🌹✌
How do you change the blade
great idea
What was that white coloured compound applied on the bearing.please reply if anyone knows
Kudos for having the knowledge to do that but it kind of worthless when it's done for the amount of Labor it took and supplies
You should try gearing it down to 800 or 1000 rpm to cold cut light metal
Amazing work but it needs a safety mechanism
glue to fix the sprocket is not a good idea, i think...anyhow everithig else was really good
That is my thought too.It will slip due to use.
nice job

10/10
La placa se puede hacer cualquier tipo?

what is the glue you use to hold the bearing

That soldering iron tip lol....
Impressive
👏
Excelente
No ventilation?
Great jobs,, what battery voltage do you use?

Yes I want too
🎉🎉🎉
very cool👍
That’s bad ass
Very nice

they would also lower the blade to match the thickness of the board you are trying to cut

So we need 5 other saws to build another one?!
Is it rechargeable?
Bravissimo 💯💯💯👍👏👏👏👏👏👏
What transistor IC are you using? ..
what did you put in the water?
Very nice.
How do you change the saw blade ?
