It depends what was the status of the land at the time of advertisement. You must represent the matter strongly. However This topic has been explained in many videos.

This depends on the overheads but it should be around 3.5 Lakh per month.

You have to develop RO as per approved drawing.

Or can OMC allot RO on specail Provisions ? means that can they publish specail advertisement in particular area ?
No PSU OMC can allot RO without following proper procedure. You can try for COCO RO if interested in running a petrol pump.

I got Bpcl LOI sir 300mtrs before of our location one iocl petrol pump is established its sale 120kl ms and 75kl hsd per month and after 2km from our location bpcl petrol pump also available its sale 90 kl ms 90kl hsd per month this pump is outskirts of town but our location and iocl pump location is within town but iocl pump reputation is not good sir...our site is CFS site..pls guess what is estimated sale of our pump ? Its can workout? pls guide sir present we r waiting for NOC from district administration.
If both existing ROs in the vicinity have a bad reputation you should find out their shortcomings and reasons leading to a bad reputation. Based on that you should focus on your trust building actions. You should have strategies of attracting 75% of the combined sale of both within six months.
