As an Indian player, i can 100% testified that the lobby you got in is average sweaty. Almost all the enemies are fighting like a solo player which makes squad wipe easier. Those player who stick together, who push together are tough. Parker will like if he encounter them more.

If you have gud fps and gud teammate, ping is never a problem. There might be issues like shots not registering some times, other than that it's not that a big deal.
I'm on Indian server, sometimes I match up with Iranian lobbies with 80-120ms(mostly 100+). With gud teammates we were able to dominate the game.
I m from Pakistan and I also shocked how he is smoothly looting at 100 ms.....now I know tha it's never ms issue it's device performance and may be our internet at 40ms is equal to 100 ms of European internet

I play indian servers with my bestie back home half the time. Personally, i find NA servers here at 35ms more sweaty on average than Asia at 100ms. But that's just on average. I'd give it 60/40 in terms of that NA/Asia but thats just my experience both are fun regardless.
