This adorable area is located at the SW end of Lake Pend Oreille, about 20 minutes from Hayden, 35 minutes from Coeur d'Alene, and 30 minutes from Sandpoint. Bayview is on the shores of the lake and also right next to the incredibly beautiful Farragut State Park! In this video, I talk about what this sweet town has to offer as well as home prices. Enjoy!
