Just curious, if you have a recommended hight above a wood burning pizza oven or bbq for the shelter? The one shown at 10:45 looks to be fairly low does it need any special coating for the heat?
Most shelters are built to 2.5m in height which means you don’t need planning permission to build them. As long as there is plenty of ventilation you won’t need any coating for the ceiling
