framer motion is an animation library I mean It just makes it much easier than css animation Three js is for 3D and WebGlit provides you with camera scene and stuff that framer does not have anything to do with
i dont really think its a vs thing, they are two different library that can be used together or separately but I like framer, and three js ive yet to learn but i like what ive seen

understand what this framer motion and threejs first they are completely different. threejs is framework buit upon webgl for rending textures
