At nearly 75 years old and a life-long liberal and Democrat I started paying attention to Mitt Romney when I recently heard him speak so eloquently concerning Donald Trump. I was very impressed. I am still a liberal Democrat but Mitt is now (along with George Conway) one of my favorite people. 💙
Thanks for posting this one in particular, I’m not a fan of his but it’s refreshing listening to politicians talk frankly about their life for posterity.
If there's any man who will be respected by other leaders of other countries because he believes in being faithful to one wife, honors his family, and believes the old values that built America, it's Mitt Romney. He definitely has the intelligence and character of someone who can be trusted when given the power and authority to lead this country.
@pkl8811 , I'm well aware that he's LDS and what the religion is. A religion can only influence an individual. But that individual still controls his own life and his own destiny. Mitt is sincere. I'd rather have him than a person who cheats and lies.
Kind of Republican needed, one that cares about people and Democracy. One that's willing to stand up and not fawn. One capable of listening to opposite party and compromise for the benefit of the nation.
“I’m not fit to be a Senator” well Mitt that is because you are an executive. Executives like being Governor or being in the private sector. One of the best pieces of advice I’ve seen is determine if you are an executive type or legislative type. Me I’d see myself as legislative.
You know what? I believe Mitt romney is a nice guy deep down. But God damn, you ever want an excuse to not go to the gym? Make mitt your workout buddy.

I did some research on Mitt as governor MA. I thought he did a good job. Nice to see Romney speak up concerning Donald Trump.
