If there are 10 job openings and 100 applicants then whatever mind set you have it is difficult to get a job. It's all supply and demand. New grads are competing with people with experience who got fired, so the market is bad.
You are correct, but companies don't care about experienced . All they care is Skills, Hence you can beat experienced people in current market aswell if you have right skills with correct hands on exposure. And trust me Freshers are doing it, because Hiring freshers has its own Pros for companies compared with experienced. Just like to said - Demand and supply but with couple of business success traits. Best of Luck!
@@sahilbali4953 Companies actually care about experience because that's their signal for skillset. Not sure if you're on Mars, but almost nobody without experience gets hired. AT LEAST an internship. Even that is hard rn.

Major Switch karo. Main Freshman hun aur maine bhi apna Major term shuru hone se pehle switch karliya. CS is not a great option anymore. Maine Marketing leliya kyonki ye zyada practical hai.

Hello Sir, I hope this video reaches you! I'm a BBA student graduating in June 2026, and I’m planning to pursue my MBA in the USA (hopefully at a good, affordable school). After watching 25+ videos, including yours, and hearing from friends, I’m really worried about the job market in the USA and the UK. It’s making me feel really discouraged, especially since good-paying jobs for BBA grads in India are also limited. Could you please make a detailed video on what the job market might look like for the 2026 fall intake or later? I know it’s a bit far out, but I can’t help feeling anxious. Also, if possible, could you share which countries or universities offer a good ROI for an MBA, or if the job market in the US/UK will improve by then? Thanks a lot!

That's really it. It's nothing to do with "mindset" when even US citizens can't find jobs.
