The transition between Sea Fairy and Moonlight Costume animation to Pitaya is so clean like woah

I actually like the Opening of the city of wizards A many circles that has starts falling followed by a Cute train conductor that is followed by a librarian that is protecting the library and next at the top of the clock and to moonlight

I don't understand why Sea Fairy turns to ice when she reach for the moon.
It's part of the lore of her when she is frozen by a curse. Everyone speculates it's Frost Queen who froze Sea Fairy due to cookies e periencing high tides when she tries to reach the moon.
