The "I know better" one has been haunting me since Neptune started squaring my natal Venus. It's annoying to me too and feels terrible, like acid. It's even worse when something happens to *prove you right* and then you're like......... I was frigging right and now what? Doesn't feel good, man.
I’m exactly in that position since January. Some people built a house right next to my guest house blocking some windows. They had a better option as to where the could build it giving them a better house and not compromising mine. They chose the least best option for all concerned. See! I’m still fuming! I fantasise that should I win the lottery I would finance knocking their place down an rebuilding it in the right place.

Not to put you on a pedestal (haha), but I watched your channel through your journey with Bahkti Yoga and I was impressed with how you let it go. It was helpful for me as a viewer that you dove in, changed your name and then changed your name back. It was honest. I remember feeling a bit anxious when you left and changed your name back, but now it seems like that was the right way for things to unfold. (Just FYI, I took both your Astrology classes during the pandemic.) I grew up as the single child of a single mother who was an alcoholic and I have to say, Neptune has always been difficult for me to look at. Thanks for this video, it was a bit tough to get through because it was so right on!

Yes! Scales (Venus) and a pedestal (Neptune) are just as archetypal as grand romantic gestures… but we don’t always see those shadow sides because these planets are often painted as innocent (like the child in horror movies who turns out to be the killer EVERY time 😂).

As someone with my natal Venus trine my natal Neptune-Moon conjunction (with that conjunction in Sagittarius, no less - self-righteous and sanctimonious? MOI?!), I feel so called out right now 🤣 Also, point #4 totally reminds me of Anne Lamott's TED Talk, when she says something to the effect of, "So often, our 'help' is toxic." Ha!

I really relate to this talk because I have so many planets in the Venusian sign of Libra. You are basically describing events and lessons encountered through my entire life plus I have a natal Venus conjunct Neptune in the 8th house which I think is the house of karma. However transiting Venus is currently Sextile my natal Venus and and transiting Neptune is Trine my natal Venus but I also have transiting sun squaring my natal Neptune. So needless to say I also have that desire to help but in the past few years I really learned that it is also a conditioned behavior from childhood and that nobody really NEEDS by help. Thinking people need my help is just another form of judgement. Its like I am saying they cant do it on their own and I feel that humanity is way more capable than I used to think. I have faith in humanity, in their individual higher selves and in the universe. I have a mantra where I say, all is happening in perfect divine order and that might sound like a spiritual cliche but it is true. Creator source knows better than my little ego mind what needs to happen. I AM but an observer. Thank you so much for sharing all of this!! 💜 love how you ended the video btw... very funny!!!

This hit a sweet spot. Part of my morning practice is the loving kindness meditation... and as I have been praying for my brother, whom i feel is lost and then expand to our political leaders, billionates and corrupt mob lords... I had been praying that they heal and find compassion in their heart, to help is with the challanges we face... but something felt off....
I have also been making peace with "evil" and other negative energies, As the necessary contrast for the plot of humanity to keep on keeping on...
So in short this helped me to honor my concerns and let it go to their guides or the cosmic intelligence that actually knows...
So subtle how we get entangled with others karma thanks for this spotlight...

the funny thing about today's video is that, if you're working on yourself and you're engrossed in the process of getting better and improving yourself, you do NOT have the time to be worried about others. You're way too busy for that lol. I made the decision to commit to being better and improving and for the past 16 months or so i simply havent even had the time to care about anybody else and what they have going on. im too buys trying to get better day by day. maybe its the taurus in me that puts the blinders on and maybe blocking out the rest of the world comes easier to me than others but i def think if you're honed/locked in, none of these 5 things to look out for are even an issue.
Gods I love seeing astrology work! I have Venus Virgo in square to Neptune Sagittarius natally and this described my 20s and early 30s to a T. Lots of judgements, bitterness, quest for justice and vengeance, nitpicking, wanting what others have (especially seeing influencers making 6 figures or more showing what's in their designer bag VS me working in healthcare making 30k a year), and having the inner Simon Cowell on the panel saying, "these mother fluffers...." It is a very humbling and swift kick to the ego placement and a daily reminder that I am, in fact, human.

One of the most impactful moments of my life was Venus oppose Neptune last year, and your talk today really helped me heal a little more today. Last year, I dreaded it and was “proven right” for my interpretation of how it affected someone I overly entangled myself with, who was and is still much growing it out adulthood. They turned out falling into a night of over drinking and sloppy romantic mess, and lied to me about it. I now realize through your talk today that the real lesson was for me to not entangle myself through these subtle fears and judgements. Thank you
Number three happened to me today while at work. I was told I am very pleasant and have the personality of an elementary school teacher. That was nice to hear. In the same breath, the woman asked if I had been to college and when I replied no, I was told I need to go in order to have a good retirement. I wasn't asked if I had a trade or any other certification for, oh let's say, Astrology. (I'm almost 40 years old btw) 😅😊

wishing others harm. a family member says horrid things like "God punish you" or "how you treat me, is how your children will treat you" whenever there is a disagreement between us, is one of the reasons why I chose to keep my peace by staying far far away.

I love this video! 🖤 I am a fan of your uplifting, positive content but I feel like I see these types of Venus- Neptune themes more, personally. I feel like I got a new perspective around Venus, too, in the way it likes to surround itself with both people we like and people we don't like. I have many of those "I know better" types of moments, so this video will need to be rewatched later for personal therapy😅

This was soo helpful!! I never thought about majority of these in that perspective & I have a natal Aquarius Venus Neptune conjunction in my 8th and all resonated but #5 really resonated with me in the sense that it’s my biggest fear lol I absolutely hate being seen as one dimensional or being idealized/“pedestalized” & when I was younger I definitely put so many people and even concepts on pedestals (my pisces stellium didn’t help haha) but the older I get the more passionate I get about how complex everyone/thing is! such a good video i look forward to keeping these in mind!!

It’s a nice reminder too, and I think you acknowledged this; your experience with the Guru and Shaman were not necessarily the same type of relationship others would experience… some may have these relationships and establish healthy boundaries. Understanding a Neptune transit or aspect may be at play. My father was also a preacher.
