Technically this is based on one book which I have read but I still had no idea what to expect in this cuz I was like as you said there are so many people with the same name in this family I didn't know where in the hell in the timeline of the book we were because in the book there's a giant Targaryen family tree believe it was the inside of the back and it didn't go as far as Danny so I wasn't exactly sure where in the hell in the book we were so I still don't know what to expect from seasons of the show because there's only certain things I remember from the book for instance I think the best leader in the book I do not remember the guy's name but he was twelve when made King and his sister who he was forced to marry was 10 and I remember there was a rebellion amongst their sons as to who deserves the throne I was like wait is that before or after this cuz are we going to see anything to do with them technically if you watched game of thrones you also got some spoiler apparently because Joffrey in season 4 was telling some Targaryen history and some people believe it's about the Rhanerya from this show personally I like Randy a so I hope it's not about her but I have a feeling it is
Drogon's size was actually inflated. They scaled up Drogon's size to make the dragons cooler but they shouldn't be that big at such a young age as they are still infants younger than 10 yrs. The last book accurate size for Drogon is S5 who is just the size of a small horse. Most of the dragons in the dance would make Drogon look like an ant.

My guess is that two key elements in this scene accidentally combined to lead the viewers into possibly misunderstanding what exactly Mellos was telling Viserys, both involve jumping to conclusions early: a) Due to the ambiguous nature of the 'one' that Mellos says in this isolated line, maybe some viewers thought that it implied that Viserys could only chose 'one or the other' to attempt to save. The rub of that is that those viewers who possibly jumped to that conclusion quickly were probably distracted for several seconds due to the brutal nature of the presumptive situation and also maybe by their anger from anticipating that Viserys would hypothetically chose Aemma to sacrifice in that scenario. And in those several seconds that those viewers possibly missed, Mellos clarified that the 'one' he was referring to was Baelon. b) Leading up to Mellos stating the choice to Viserys, I think that those viewers who jumped to the 'one or the other' conclusion were possibly primed to do so when Mellos started off by saying to Viserys that 'During a difficult birth, it sometimes becomes necessary for the father to make an impossible choice.' I think that when many people heard that line, in their head, they jumped to the worst possible meaning of it or the worst possible conclusion. And similar to 'a', those people were temporarily distracted while emotionally processing what they think is about to happen. Missing the immediate three or four lines that Mellos states after that first one. Therefore not hearing crucial information about the choice that Mellos is presenting to Viserys. Lol, GoT and HotD are just two series that viewers cannot watch half-ass or casually. Everything or almost everything matters. They need to pay attention to every single line or they will miss important shit. Which is actually pretty rare for any series these days. Apologies for the novella. Brevity is my bane.

The Dany dedication got me teary eyed. Our queen was done so DIRTY. I will say I’m pleasantly surprised how good this pilot was. I usually am not a fan of pilots because they are slow but this was pretty nicely paced! Also LOVE you outfit. Perfect choice
Daemon Targaryen aka the Rogue Prince is my favorite Targaryen in the lore of ASOIAF and WOW !!! Matt Smith portrayal of the character is nothing less than perfection, he embodied what I imagined for this character in live action format. Even doe I might get pushed back IMO Daemon is the best/coolest Targaryen in the whole Targaryen lore, and I'm hype that the show runner's cast the perfect actor for this character.

So, I doubt he told her that secret if he even knew at all. According to the start of the story. It will be 172 years until the mad king happens. I don't know how long this story will last but if it does. we will see the steady decline of the size of the dragons and their loss of power. Until finally Robert's rebellion happens. As the council was telling the king he was already losing some power. He thought his son would fix it. Why he wasn't willing to do anything about it is surprising since he knew the secret. Viserys could not save his wife Aemma because the baby was never going to come out. It would have died inside her womb eventually if the maester had not cut it out, and then Aemma would have died soon after. She was doomed once they found that they could not turn the baby. You might judge Viserys for letting his wife die, but it was reallythe near-total lack of medical science that killed Aemma.

I'm a big game of thrones fan but we don't talk about those final episodes. I don't have HBO so what I do is when those episodes were coming out I had to wait for the DVDs to show up at the library then I would watch them and wait a year to watch the next season that's also what I did with House of the dragon season one I watched about five people react to it before I watched it

Yeah, really wish more people would watch the behind the episode where the director clearly states that Aemma was going to die no matter what. So many people say "oh he murdered his wife to save the baby". No, he had a choice between 'try to save the baby' or let them both die. Granted, in my opinion his real mistakes were 1) not being honest with his wife and telling her what was going on or asking her what she wanted or 2) If she was going to die anyway and they were going to cut the baby out, they could've dosed her with more milk of the poppy (opium/morphine essentially) until it knocked her out. it wouldn't have had time to impact the baby. Or hell, they could've knocked her out with a blow to the head. It would've been far merciful than just holding her down and cutting her open while she screamed. :(
