I don't know why spiders love to make homes inside gas stoves but I have seen it a few times regards mike

Hey! Thanks for this video. Any tips for if the jet seems to be the issue? When i test it out the gas flow is really weak. Thanks so much!

Some times the gas has some oil in it and it will clog up the jet you can try boiling it in water . It is to small to use a wire replacement jet is not expensive

I have all dads old whitworth spanners etc good on oddball gas sizes. Dad was a machinist from early 60's till 13, he died in 2013 short retirement. I worked on the mines for years too i grew up on them living out there.

That's great man. You should put Dad's tools to Good use and pass it on to the next generation. Older tools are the best , since they are made of better materials and metal. 👍👍👍👍

I bought a new single burner Gasmate from Bunnings (box and receipt long gone). I had it sitting in the garage for six months unused. It was burning but took ages to boil some water. I disassembled it and everything looked fine. When I reassembled it, I found it worked a thousand times hotter. So I'm not sure what the obstruction was? but because of your video, I was confident enough to check. Now it works great, so thank you.

It's great that you resolved it. Everything man-made can be reverse engineered. It's just that people are afraid of tackling these issues. It's also a matter of following the correct safety protocols. 👍👍👍👍

I sometimes wonder why spiders choose gas appliances to nest in when someone says there gas/electric fridge isn't running well its the most common fault
