They are SO adorable 🤗 I know Balgeum was so awkward and so nervous as it was the first time having In Ho there, but now I’m paying attention to what he said, “So, we will have enough to eat” he was making such an effort to provide for both, he was trying so hard for it to work, as if he could save some money and spend it on the person he cares for, but he didn’t have that much money to spare 😭 and I believe In Ho was being appreciative when he bought something for him and the gift was actually meaningful, so I imagine In Ho putting a lot of thought into it, giving something that would make things easier for Balgeum as he was working hard and will connect them both and he was expecting Balgeum to love it, but it was the opposite. One ended at that same place all alone, the other had to hold that gift that was so heavy as he was falling apart, both devastated. And In Ho is looking at the place and he likes the idea to be there with Balgeum. In the past, it was just a classroom, the boy has never looked for them to be in a fancy scenario, he has always wanted to be with Balgeum, that’s all that matters for him 🥺 Balgeum has made assumptions about In Ho. He doesn’t even eat that much. Like boy, instant noodles would have sufficed or take him to a convenience store 😫 The fact that Balgeum can have a boyfriend paying for everything and giving him expensive gifts and money and he’s besties with Ki Sub, who is not poor. He can live off them if he wants, but he is the bestest best boy who works so hard. He’s my favorite. His hair is so cute, he’s a puppy 🥰
I understand that he feels embarrassed and inferior to In Ho because of his financial status, but he keeps projecting his insecurities rather than observing and listening to him. In Ho searched until he found him. He wants him. I'm left wondering, had the positions been reversed, would he rebuff In Ho or would he love him for who he is? They both kept each other's socks. That says a lot.
