Vehicles Kiss after neither yields

2 vehicles try to get into the same space in the same lane. Truck definitely didn't yield and forced their way over, and the SUV either didn't notice or didn't care and came on over anyway.
Their bumpers likely rubbed. SUV gave a WTF hand sign to the truck, and the truck sped off as the occupants didn't look like the type to have insurance or licenses. Or they just didn't realize they made contact.
Neither vehicle stopped.
