I would put a clean tea towel over the top of the cooked batch, kfc is best eaten room temperature anyway but you could always pop the first batch in for a few minutes again before serving to reheat xx

Usually I use a shop bought spray, I like the coconut oil or vegetable oil one. Most supermarkets have a version. Don’t use frylight or it will strip the non stick coating 😊
Wow, great air fryer recipe, I've never eaten KFC but yours sure looks great. I'll try it using chicken breast, only cos I'm a fussy sod and can't eat chicken on the bone lol. Thanks for sharing, its an excellent recipe xx
I’m gonna do it with mini fillets and thighs tbh…. But you could get some boneless chicken thigh fillets (if you wanted that thigh flavour without the bones ) 😊

It will be great with any chicken to be honest, my husband isn’t a fan of chicken on the bone but he really enjoyed this!
I can't even eat chicken thighs Natalie cos is brownish meat. Probably too tasty for me lol but thanks for the suggestion xx
