adidas adizero adios Pro 2 Review and Comparison to Pro 1

In the video I closely compare the first Pro to the new Pro 2 during an A/B Test run with 00:00 Intro, 01:05 Fit, 03:20 Ride and Shoe Details, 06:45 Conclusions. They clearly have different strengths and uses with the Pro 2 I think becoming more accessible to a variety of runner paces and distances than the Pro 1 is. Please watch why and how in the video!

Odd about the weight. In the UK 12.5/US 13 I have the 2 is about 15g lighter. Maybe the reduction from the cutaway is more marked in the largest size? Ideally could do with a US 14 for a full thumbwidth but I do find both the 1 and 2 run a fraction longer than the regular Adios so just about OK for me.

No doubt about weight for my US8.5 pairs. 226g Pro 2, 214g Pro 1. I think the flaring and wider heel platform by 5mm and forefoot 1-2 mm offsets the carve out and I suspect the side rear overlay and higher if less padded rear collars contribute.

At the beginning of the video i see the ADIZERO ADIOS PRO 2.0 SHOES you're wearing is kinda blue on front while all the pro2 i see here in America is kinda red/pink only
