NEP cannot be successful without reducing the burden of the students that is without reducing syllabus and compulsory instructional hours.
The imposition of compulsory increased classroom instruction to 39 hours per week is the proclamation of the ignorance of the time allocation by NCF 2023 which says that the instructional hours should be reduced to around 29 hours per week
