مجھے آج بھی یاد ہے کہ میں پہلی بار فصیح سے ملنے گیا تھا بہت ڈرا ہوا تھا اور یقین مانیں تو جب ملنے ولا تھا تو میری ٹانگیں بھی کانپ رہیں تھیں کیونکہ میں اس سے ملنے جا رہا تھا جس کے کام کو میں بہت پسند کرتا تھا کیونکہ وہ الگ ہے ۔ کیونکہ میں بھی الگ ہوں ( جو کہ کچھ لوگ جانتے ہیں ) ۔ تو جب گیا تو ایک شخص دور سے مجھے باہیں کھول کر خوش آمدید کہ رہا تھا اور قریب جانے پر گلے سے لگا لیا ۔ میری دل کی دحڑکن تیز ہو گئی تھی اور اسی لمحے لگا تھا جیسے اب کوئی ڈر بھی نہیں رہا ۔ ویسے وہ اثر میں آج بھی محسوس کر سکتا ہوں ۔ فصیح کی سب سے خاص بات پتہ کیا کہ وہ ایک عام انسان ہے ۔ وہ کمال کا نہ صرف لکھنے والوں میں سے بلکہ بولنا بھی اس پر ختم ہے ۔ کیا عمدہ بات کرنے کا انداز ہے ۔ اپنائیت ، سادگی ، اور الگ سوچ کے ساتھ وہ اآپ کے الفاظ کے ساتھ آپ کے دل میں جگہ بنا لیتا ہے ۔ اب قسم سے سمجھ نہیں آ رہا کہ اور کیسے اس کی تعریف کروں کیونکہ وہ ایسا انسان ہے جس کو محسوس زیادہ کیا جا سکتا ہے اور ملنے کے بعد کئی دن تک آپ ان کے حسار میں رہتے ہیں ۔ زیادہ نہییں لکھنا کیونکہ میرے فصیح کو نظر بھی لگ جاتی ہے ہاہاہاہا۔ میں ابھی تک تین بار مل چکا ہوں ۔۔۔ لیکن فصیح کو لگتا ہے کہ شاید دو بار ملے ہیں ۔ تیسری بار کب ملا وہ میں راز رکھوں گا اور فصیح کو یاد بھی نہیں ہے ۔ جو اتنا اچھا بول سکتا ہے سوچو وہ لکھتا کتنا اچھا ہو گا ۔۔۔۔ ویسے اس میں کوئی اب دو رائے ہیں بھی نہیں کیونکہ مجھ سے زیادہ ابڑے فین ہیں ان کے مگر مجھے شاید فصیح سے الگ طرح کا پیار ہے ۔ ڈھیروں دعائیں ۔ جیتے ، ہنستے ، مسکراتے ، پیارے ، سلامت رہیں اور اللہ آپ کے قلم میں اور طاقت بخشے ۔۔۔۔آمین بہت سارا پیار اور محبت ۔۔۔ آپ کا پیارا جواد ادریس ۔

Faseeh Bari I read it in kid's magazine Ankh macholi in 90's. Ankh macholi in those days used to have really intellectual writers who used to write thought provoking stories which were equally worth reading for adults even. We have lost those writers in print media for kids at least . For me Fasih Bari Khan is the name associated with Aik thi Amman ,the magazine story which impressed me even in my childhood!
