Hello sir. In the sysmon-config, The event _creation_time shows in utc time zone . So how to we change the time zone?

Please elaborate on the question. To collect logs, you need to enable data inputs then local event logs will be collected by Splunk forwarder.

You need to Install Splunk Universal Forwarder for that OR find a way to collect the Windows Logs remotely .
