I just got to watch this video. It is one of the most impressive presentations I've seen! After over 40 years of programming, I think this should be REQUIRED viewing for all managers who tell their programmers "Only do the project the way I describe it -- don't worry about error checking or security -- we'll deal with that later . . .".
