- This video shows me killing Naksun with lower ap and considerably lower HM level.
I made it for players that are new to the game and just got their first lvl 50 character. One of the pains for alot of players is probably the acquisition of Moonstones which can be fairly hard in SSP for a new KFM that has not alot of gear.
Thats why i believe with the new patch giving us more F13 tickets, Mushin Tower might help out some players that have troubles or are annoyed by SSP grind.
From what i heard when you now finish the Storyline with a fresh character you will end up at lvl 50 HM 4, thats why i adjusted my build to a lvl 50 HM 4 character with no HM skills (aside from HM LMB, cant live without it :().
The build is probably the one i used when i first tried to clear Naksun, it does NOT focus on killing him fast.
However it does provide a decent amount of survivability because of the Grapple healing you for 3% per hit (basically 18% HP every grapple) and combined with alot of CC's you can ignore most of his attacks as well (if you havent gotten used to his rotations yet).
Other than that i left a note in regards to the attacks that need to be dodged and how they should be avoided.
It might be hard to see because i dont take alot of hits in the video, however if you are unfamiliar with the Boss, i felt the Grapple heal was fairly useful on my first kills of Naksun.

Impressive, what a clean way to fight, and especially the knowledge of when to use blocking and evading abilities, really if it is necessary to know the opponent. xD
That was the intention of the video, i can clear it way faster if i play risky, however this was the way i fought naksun when i first tried to clear it.
And yes you do need to keep in mind when hes going to throw out a counter next for triple kick.
(especially because he continues his rotation even when you stunlock him for a bit ^^)
But equally it emphasizes in the way in which you execute and you combine the aerial combo and the ones of agare with those of state, excellent combinations, to a that to me it is difficult to know when to execute the combo to keep your opponent in a state of Stun and continue with the damage.
Well, you can not see the clean way to kill your opponent since many of them are going to throw combos in suction, to one that I am one of those. xD
Nice video. :) What do you think about the fire build? Unfortunately I'm not so skilled (and have 150+ ms latency) to do the r2rf and 3rf combo (and don't even have HM abilities, since BM is my main :)) so I stick with fire build. That way I'm just spamming 2 and f as a main rotation. :D However cyclone kick seems to deal a high amount of damage so the fire build gives me less DPS than wind.
The fire builds damage lies in spamming 2, when out of chii you use F (ani-cancel f with lmb), the 2 hits fairly hard, so ye its fine. I personally do not like fire build at all.
However the fire build is only good with an asura ember for HM 2 on tiger strike, without it the damage isnt high enough to compare it to wind builds damage.
Either way i can tell you that there is some content that you effectively will only be able to do with wind (cyclone kick) and 3rf like PvP and Infinity Tower, so learning it if you have the time for that on your alt, is a good thing.
u still have the nenefits from ur SS and the accessorys which is alot, regarding crit and DEf, Piercing etc.. so ur 532AP are in no way compareable with 532AP from someone that has it because of higher weapon but lower accessorys. still nice vid

well you dont necessarily need to 3rf as fast as i do, doing it slower is fine as well. The most important parts of his pattern i mentioned in the video, the only additional attack you have to look out for is when he blocks and when hes on the ground.

How do you time his counters?
Well late reply but whatever xD. I know his rotations thats how i knew when i have to stop attacking to triple kick his counters.
During the first phase its: 1 Hit - Dodge to ur Back - 1 Hit - Counter
Then in the second phase he does: 2x Punch - 1x Punch - Lie on the ground
And in the third phase : Wave - Dashes thourgh you - Punch - Counter
How do you cancel 2rf so fast?
cant say much about that, i have a good ping and i practiced alot to get the proper timing down.
Kfm ani-cancel follows the rule of 1 button - 1 click, no spamming.
Yeah I can time 2rf easily, I just am at like 1/4 that speed and I think my ping limits me. FML. Beat naksun anyway thanks to this though. Did it last night. Thanks!
Sorry but it looks like you have an macro for doing this combo. :/ Thats too fast and too smooth and without any mistakes. I don't want to say: All KFM's uses macros... NO. I know a lot of them do it especially in the arena. But i watched it several times and in slowmotion and its hard to believe that this is not macro controlled. :/ But hey nice video man. Interesting to see a KFM doing this. :D
Sigh... when you have no clue about kfm ani-cancel, you shouldn't judge someone wether or not he uses a macro.
First of all, using a macro on kfm is completely dumb and doesnt benefit you in any kinda way because most of the combos you would try to macro have multiple variations that you need to adjust to and use.
Second, in this video my ani cancel was inconsistent and not yet fast. If i would be in arena this would look entirely different.
So sorry to disappoint you but i am not using a macro and do not see any point in doing so either.

haha been some time since i watched this video ^^.
To get the timing down it did take me some time ... maybe a week or so.
I generally start on a dummy to get a feeling for the rhythm until it looks as i imagine ... and then its onto practice in dungeons and tanking situations ~
BlackOcean can i 2rf with 100 - 150 ping ?
You can do anything, however you will be slower than KFMs with low ping ... thats something that you can not change no matter what class you play
BlackOcean hmm... isnt wind kfm useless after next patch ? if not then how dahell you maintain focus ? i literally do 2 2rf's and lose all focus ( lvl 50 hm 7 40% crit 715 AP)
Neither of the 2 builds will ever be useless.
