Sorry, but there's no way. There's no way this is worth 3.5mil. There's no land, no space between homes/no privacy. Not to mention the double HOAs. The home is narrow like a condo. This is a vacation rental, at best. The Velaris model is a better option and even that's pushing it at 3.5. When you do the numbers and you break it down to "bang for the buck", you'll see that this is a hard pass.

Understandable, however, I don’t set the prices 😂 The show homes have far more options than the quick delivery homes or a build from dirt.
