The original video is a taiwanese sex education short released by the actual government. It's about this boy who got raped/sexually assaulted and is hesitant on what he can do, until he bumps into his school's counselor or something. He then recalls the story of how he found himself in that situation. The reason why the video turned into memes is because of the over-the-top acting and funny one-liners.
This is an educational film about teenage rape in Taiwan, but because the actor with glasses (Jie Ge) and the actor in red (Ah Wei) acted too engrossingly, it became a meme in Taiwan and became a classic meme in Taiwan. Called (Jir Ge No) in China, the number of secondary creations of this meme is no less than that of Cai Xukun, and even many well-known animations or games have related secondary creations, but most of them are only widely spread in Taiwan and less known in the English-speaking circle.
