    TR:Macar gulasi bir corba cesididir, bu nedenle daha akiskan olmasi gerekir. Ayrica sebzeleri daha kücük parcalar halinde dogruyoruz. Patatesi genelde pisiriyoruz (gulasin yaninda hic kizarttigimizi görmedim) ve gulasin icine buradaki gibi bir makarna eklendigini de hic görmedim. 'Csipetke' dedigimiz, ev yapimi bir makarna/eriste cesidi kullaniyoruz. Bazilarimiz, mesela ben, corbanin üstüne eksi krema (sourcream ya da Macarca tejföl) de ekliyoruz. Ama bu videodaki de neredeyse aslina uygun hazirlanmis bir örnek, lezzetli görünüyor. :)
    EN:Hungarian goulash is a soup it should have more liquid. We also cut the vegetables smaller and we also put parsley. The potato is usually cooked (never fried) in the goulash soup and I never seen this kind of pasta in a goulash it looks wierd. We make homemade pasta called "csipetke". Some people, like me, put some sourcream in their plate too. Its a close one tho, it looks nice. :)
