Sad. Not that he is not given money, but that he just sits there, lethargic and that this is such a normal sight that no one cares anymore. Every time someone seemingly physically and mentally reasonably well comes up to me to ask me for money, I ask them to first explain me their situation, why they think I should give them money and if they can offer me anything, a story, their story or anything at all in exchange. So far, not a single one ever cared to do that. (This is not a judgement, it's an observation).
