Sometimes it’s just a matter of ticking the ‘Enable Custom Content and Mods’ box and restarting the game. Also, make sure the CC is in the right folder-like the Mods folder-and double-check if it’s up to date for your version of the game. If it’s script mods, make sure you’ve unzipped them too!
