I see this is older post you did, however I have a 18 challenger that I was having problems with the tazer install selection. I know you said it only for a Charge, well I did all your setting on my scat pack and bam! Everything worked after me trying all different settings. I believe the key was “yes” for the 1st 2 setting on trans. Thanks for the help

Man it's crazy how much confusion is out there about these settings. I was thinking of doing one of these vids in my 5.7, but there's even more confusion on the 5.7 about what works and what doesn't, that I don't think I could make it truly accurate. The model years also seem to make as much difference as the trim levels and models themselves. 😬
Exactly Scottie which is why i was as clear as possible in this video stating for sure I know this is the settings for people with a Charger 392. Not even sure if these are the correct settings for a hellcat. But if you do a little more research if it's even possible to be sure you should do your video for 5.7 guys.

Automatic start features as in when you start your car you can start it in track mode on every start for example, line lock, the shift light, the light show, steady DRL continuous when you use your signal to make turns...meaning the DRL won't turn off while signaling, peak RPM monitoring, valet mode if your SRT doesn't have it which it may, automatic window up and down using your key fob outside the car...and much more

MDG Collections no problem man. I had a question I wanted to know how I can have the SRT pages enabled and the performance set, but not affect the start up mode. Mines starts up as sports mode automatically but I want it to stars on default.
Ok I did a video on this exactly. It's in my Tazer playlist. I'm working now and not exactly in my car to remember the exact menu's to go through to do this but what I do remember is you have to have your engine running to do change this feature and you'll seen DFtST or STdefault something like that which stands for Default Start and you just need to change it to whatever one you want to start your car in every time it's started. Yours probably says SPTSt because you said your car is starting in sport mode then you have to do a full reboot to have this change take affect...if you don't find it before I get off thats how you change it.
@@mdg_collections I have to unplug mine because when I put my car in drive the abs light and brake light flashes on the door.. still trouble shooting it
I have a 2018 Dodge Charger RT automatic I did taser install today so my 5speed is suppose to be at no an my 8speed at yes? I noticed the car is running rough shifting very hard especially when coming to a stop the car downshifting is very rough wondering if my settings aren’t right way any input you have would be great thanks.

Settings worked out, only issue was getting it to full reboot, its a little more tedious on 2018's. Its all good now, thanks again.

Just don't change 5speed. Leave it to whatever it was. It should be set to NO by default if I'm not mistaken.

Sorry for getting back a year later as somehow I forgot about your question but yes your car needs 8speed set to YES and leave 5speed set to NO
Sorry I didn't mean to send the "Dodge didn't address the issue" to this question. But yes try a full reboot and allow two sleep cycles.

What’s clear cells . I accidentally cleared it
That's to clear any error codes you may get like an engine light

Those settings are changed in the live feature menu settings
