Update: How to make Wide Mouth

Someone commented @carolhonrath7181 I cannot unlock the unit to use the wide mouth size. Out of the box, it's in the locked position. Is there some trick to getting it to turn?

I just received one today. It was so hard to unlock it. I finally did but now I can't get it to lock again no matter how hard I try. It only goes half way. Any suggestions? Thank you for the videos.

I was able to finally get it locked again but boy is this hard to do both. I hope it gets easier over time.
