I remember when i first downloaded oversave-tale i saw that button for the battle Now at the time I didn't even knew that last breath was a thing so seeing sans like this made me be like: what the f- is this? Got obliterated
It's crazy that Gaster defeats you in the end. He creates enough instability in the timeline for Asgore and Flowey to be able to strike you down. He makes you think you won, but in reality- his calculated method of taking you down was a death sentence from the start.
This looks really cool, but it doesn't seem neccesarily fun to play. I notice for a few of the attacks, you basically have to know what's gonna happen, like the cursor-box attack near the beginning, and a few of the subsequent attacks as well. Other than that, this seems like a really cool remaster! I love seeing what people are doing with this game even after almost 7 years!
Is memorization not a fundamental part to all Sans battles? Even in Undertale, there's no possible way you could get pass the opening unscathed without knowing what's going to happen beforehand.
@@treytonpoling1356 I guess that's fair, but this one is a bit extreme. Everything seems like you need to be incredibly precise with every movement, while the original sans fight at least gives a bit of breathing room every now and then.

Not just breathing room, but being able to actually think on the spot. There are a lot of hard attacks in the Sans fights, but they're attacks you could reasonably adapt to as they happen to avoid dying outright. Nearly everything in THIS fight meanwhile is just... Not. It definitely looks cool but the design was clearly to make the hardest fight ever, as opposed to anything genuinely fun.
i love how this song starts exactly like the original but it gets changed up, like a surprise. this is one of the best songs ive listened to in a while. The fight feels like how we thought Geometry Dash 2.2 levels would play like.
i think gaster gave him void crack, thats why hes so spastic throughout the whole fight, constantly swaying from side to side with that dopey grin on his face would also explain the sheer mayhem he causes with his attacks
I really liked the concept of the yin/yang attack. Having to control 2 hearts and dodge. Also when he summoned the cross and was like "back demon" Edit: Although it kind of triggered me that parts were repeated

It's insane reading the start, sans knew he would fail and the deal would mean his failure and death was certain. but all he wanted was for the human to be destroyed even if it meant his own destruction, and that's true sacrifice
He is using "U Noob" mode which basicly makes him take way less damage then he normally would, if he was playing on normal he would have died just as fast as you.
As someone who is trying to beat this (god help me) It is one of the harder parts. FYD really did front load it. Emphasis on ONE OF because the black and white part exists.
