I think he is just jealous Sai and Virat bith have traumas which make them extreme sometimes. Sai trauma if left behind thinking that vinu is dead, Virat thought for years that Sai and vinu is dead. Virat and kaku thought that Sai can come just because vinu is actually alive. But kaku didn't thought about vinu perspective because she just like savi he will accept the truth. Virat is looking from a place where he felt betrayed. But Sai is looking from a place she can see clearly that vinu will never accept her. It's all situational. Virat is ignoring vinu factor in equation. And his jealousy which has always been like this taking over everything. Only if pakhi left calmly and didn't had make a scence only she could talk to vinu and make him see sense but she wanted Virat to be left alone. She take her Revenge.
