Day 12 Offa's Dyke - Carreg-y-big to Llangollen

The Offa's Dyke Path is a 177 mile long-distance footpath broadly following the Wales-England border and celebrated it's 50th anniversary in June 2021 when I did this walk.
It is named after, and often follows, the spectacular Dyke King Offa ordered to be constructed in the 8th century, probably to divide his Kingdom of Mercia from rival kingdoms in what is now Wales.
