Hi Mick and Sally, I've watched all your videos from your trucking days to your caravaning videos. You should be employed by South Australian Tourism. You are a true ambassador for SA. Merry Christmas to you and Sally, from South Africa
Hi Mick and Sally, thank you for all the time and effort you put into your videos on utube. I hope we see you back again soon with maybe some nice and shiny news for us. Hope you have a nice Xmas and a Happy New Year. Cheers Michael.
I saw you both going into Kmart 6 or so weeks ago, I wanted to say G'day but I didn't want bother you in your personal time. Anyway merry Christmas to you both and a happy and safe new year
I love your channel, only ones to give so much detail and information about the area and actually show the places on camera. Look forward to seeing many more videos 😊
Another really nice video from you guys and so informative for us guys that are not quite so young anymore. I guess you are buying a new van but, you've had a pretty good run from your current one. Good luck as always.
Thanks Mick for including the segment on our Traveller Caravan Owners Group Get Together. Also special thanks to Sally for donating two of her handmade lap rugs to our Free Raffle. As organiser of the Get Togethers it has been a privilege having you attend, and for you helping out where ever you could and of course, using your drone for the important Group photo. Thanks again and looking forward to the next time we cross paths. Regards Roger.
We have enjoyed all your videos Mick and Sally! Please don’t leave us……keep us up to date with your travels 😢 We wish you and your family a very Happy Christmas and safe New Year and thankyou for your interesting and truely professional videos…Norm and Jenny 😀🇦🇺🎄🧑🎄🤶🎉
We are not leaving the TH-cam scene, our new caravan is sitting under the carport ready for it's first trip the coming week🙂 Merry Christmas to you Norm & Jenny, enjoy the festive season🌲🌲
Wow. A new van on the horizon. Congratulations. Love this video. Your right. So much to see and do around that part of the world. I think Loxton still hosts great Christmas lights show. Nice to see a few houseboats on that river too
Hi Mick & Sally Really like your videos. We are going to Tasmania for 2 months. Our question is did you have any trouble getting water in the free camps or anywhere in Tasmania
Not all of the free camps had water available in them. We used WikiCamps to locate our required water and had no issues at all finding water when we were required to top up. Tassie is the best for free & low cost camping, enjoy your trip.
Such pretty places down on the Murray, love the bird life in that last stay over. It would be nice to just stay a while there & relax!! Loxton has come a long way since I saw in over 40 years ago & so it would be a great place to visit again. Miss those days!!
Like all big flood events, the area along the flooding river suffers during the flood period but bounces back very well and better once the recovery has been made. Our part of the river land is looking so good at the present time.
Thanks so much for your video Mick and Sally, I didn't know that traveler caravans have a camping club, I have a traveler caravan myself, cheers mate Andy and scruff 😊🐶
The Traveller group have an Australia wide Facebook Group that is free to join and participate in if you are an owner of a Traveller Caravan. Search for it an ask to join, it is a great group to be a part of.
@justcruisinwithmicksally837 thanks so much Mick and Sally it's really good of you to take the time to let me know how to go about it. I will have to join Facebook, have a wonderful Christmas and New year thanks again old Andy from nyah west
Gday Mick I'm from Melbourne and you have shown me lots of Adelaide and South Australia. I love Adelaide because it's so small and not congested. I visited Glenelg and up North to Coober Pedy and on to Yulara. All the best to you and Sally and perhaps some international travel is in your plans. All the best mate😮 Didn't expect it to end like this😮 because I really enjoyed your trips
For us the only two things that have ended are our membership with the Traveller Caravan Group where we have made so many friends and our ownership of our own Traveler caravan. We have purchased a new caravan and will be continuing with our caravan trips. Next year we have planned a trip to the NT returning home via WA, well that is the plan at this point in time. Enjoy the festive season and have a Merry Christmas🌲🌲
I hope you are not giving up caravanning Mick and just buying another make. If this is the end then thanks for taking us along to all the great places we have in AUS. Cheers
Hi Mick and Sally I'm all booked for yet another camper drive in November, this time Brisbane to Perth, driving some routes I've not seen, some that I have. It was you who reeled me in for a fifth trip. A UKer!
Nice work with the rugs Sally, a lot of work was put into those. It's always sad when things come to an end, what is the next stage of you travelling? (I may have missed something) Are you buying another van? Great video as usual, I have missed a few so I will have to sit down and catch up with them.
Thank you, we have a new caravan and will be continuing with our trips as before. It was sad to say goodbye to the Traveller Group but we have made some great friends within it and will continue with that friendship as we move forward.
Gee i spent alot off times in Loxton working there always wanted to walk from the hotel i was staying in to see the museum but unfortunately didnt , gee wish i did thats a great looking place next time im back there its definitely going to happen , cheers 🍻 and hogwash bend ( sand bar ) is my favourite camping place spent many years there with my grandparents the Elliots when i was young 😊 are you guys buying a motor home now 🤔
The Museum was well presented and with a lot of improvements going on during our visit there, it will only bet better and better. Hogwash Bend would be one of our favorite spots on the river at the moment. We have only sold our caravan mainly due to weight issues, our new caravan is sitting under our carport ready for it's first trip this coming week🙂
This vlog was like finding a book enjoying it only to get to the end and finding the last pages missing😟😵💫 SO Q - is Santa leaving an extra large gift under your tree🤣💙? I/ We will be watching for the next vlog - in 2025? Excited🎉 Thanks to you both for sharing your travels in 2024 - happy/safe travels for all in 2025. Jan Adelaide Kumari Qld
Merry Christmas Jan🎄🎄 We hope that Santa is as kind to you as he has been to us this year. Our new caravan is under the tree, in fact we are planning on unwrapping it for the first run this coming week🙂
Way back in the 1960's when I lived near Waikerie the radio station we listened to was 5RM, a DJ back then was Rocky Page, (Dean Pagewood) he had a Country Music program and took requests, had to write a letter to him at 5RM , go to the PO at Ramco and post it, the next week heard the request, that was the old way , these days send a text message. Rocky Page passed away in 1997 with Motor Neuron Disease.
Radio Stations were so different back then to what they are today. Are they and better today, well we will have to leave that up to the individual to work out? Merry Christmas Doug 🎄🎄

You're right Berri is a very pretty town. Used to pick fruit in my young days. Lived between Waikerie and Barmera
It is a credit to the people who live there.

You given the Trucks away Mick
Yes unfortunately forced out of it due to my back issues.
Can someone update me on who this video is about?
Cheers, r
I thought the intro in the video would have explained most things.
Lol, when you mentioned everyone ate a Lion's lunch my mind for a split second was picturing everyone munching on massive raw steaks.
Now that would be interesting to see😄. Strange how our minds instantly run off in a different line of though🤔 Merry Christmas🌲🌲
@@justcruisinwithmicksally837 Merry Christmas to you, Sally and all your family, mate.

I have spent a couple nights at Martin's Bend at Berri.
One location we have yet to camp at but we will one day.
