100% good condition of Venus is rare. It varies from 75% to 20%, in general.
In my case, Shukra16.4* & Surya14.2* in Mithun Lagna. But it is aspected by numerous way. They are 7th aspect of Guru_R & Shani_R, 5th aspect of Ketu. I feel mixed effects of Shukra.
You are right. Even Shukra is in good house with good degree but still if it's aspected by Ketu, Rahu, shani etc. It'll give mixed effects
