A mechanic changed the turbo on a 2018 Jeep Compass 1.4 for a new one (same model as the original) and it doesn't work. They tell me that it has to be configured electronically. Is that true or should it work after installing it? Do I need to make any electronic adjustments? thank you

How is the exhaust manifold heat shield removed? It's there one second then the video cuts and it's gone. It's being a real pain to remove
