Best for professional and casual wear.

Hi, I am interested in this watch but not sure if the tourbillon is actually working or just ornamental.
To my understanding, a functional tourbillon will complete a full 360 degree rotation in a minute.
It would be great if you can confirm if that is true in cas wife this watch or in case of affordable watches off Flipkart/Amazon in general.
Also, let us know if it can be manually winded safely
