Thank you for the vegan recipe 😁 looks so delicious! I want to try making it soon! How do you puree onions? Do you puree your own tomato's or buy tinned tomatoes ? Thank you! Love from Scotland X

I pureed white onions for this recipe with a bit of hesitation because I know some onions leave a bitter taste when you blend then raw. I wanted to try, otherwise you will see in other recipes that I only purée things after they are cooked. I don't buy tinned tomatoes as they are reasonably priced in Lidl or Aldi 😃
