The great Mehdi Hassan Saab had a rare GOD-gifted ability to infuse life into any labz of the shayar owing to his magical voice and inimitable style of gayiki ! The instant one was also not an exception ! What a beautiful composition it was ! How soulful the great Khan Saab was in performing it ! Ustad Shaukat Hussain Khan Saab in tabla and Ustad Sultan Khan Saab in sarengi had also assisted the great Khan Saab very well ! Hat's off to all of them for this wonderful bandish.! Nasier Ahmed Sultani Saab deserves appreciation for his immaculate choice of uploads ! --- Amarendra Borah, Former Commissioner and Secretary, Finance Department, Govt of Assam (India).

Totally speechless...whole gazal has some eternal peace... especially the sher uth ke manzil hi agar aye ... Was really amazing.. Also the sudden shifting from high notes to low notes is amazing...

Loud violin has marred the whole effort by the mastero......... It is common to see the instrumentalists competing with the vocalist, which is so very sad.
