What you say is a bit wrong in my opinion. You just have to kill the person that is the closed to you, wich means if you have like 20 really good friends you have to kill the one with the one you have the strongest bound. Also Madara didn't have to kill his brother for his Mangekyo even tough he had a brother. But we don't know how close those brothers where.
No, that's true. Madara killed his best friend to achive the Mangekyou Sharingan, and honestly I have no idea if his BF was a member of the Uchiha or not. But what I meant was: If the members of the Uchiha had their best friends in the same clan (Uchiha): wouldn't it mean that the only option for the most of the members to obtain the mangekyou sharingan is by killing each other?
Kevin Astrom the brother of sasuske didnt kill anyone in order to get the MS, same goes for Obito. and for the rest yeah. they would have to kill them or see them die. wich is a huge price for eyes that makes you blind.
Jonathan Callebaut itachi killed he entire ucbiha clan to get the MS and kalashi killed rin to get MS and since he and Obito had the same eyes both of them turned into MS

It’s kinda deep when you realize it’s basically all built on trauma. And can only be controlled through strict training.
And the most powerful form is when trauma meets trauma and exchange their trauma.
The uchiha are consumed by a authoritative militant regime, and were constantly undergoing trauma from this regime. They used trauma as their armor and power as many people do; the most powerful or the most traumatized became disassociated and angry. Because their armor was disgusting to shinobi ( trauma so to speak)
The uchiha became the strongest from enduring belligerence and also upholding the defense force for the nation that failed to recognize them as anything other than a threat.
Yeah this is how I think about Naruto; as a metaphor lol

I think I've figured out why each person get their specific ability when they awaken their Mangekyou! Please like this so #Swagkage will see it!

He got a cancer-like illness at an early age that he took medicine for. He was blinded due to the MS but not the illness - the illness weakened his body and he eventually had to use pure will to stay alive as the medication "No longer worked".

The straight tomoe mangekyo sharingan gives more fluidity to the user's movement's , basically I can see your every move better than the curved tomeo mangekyo sharingan

To gain access to ultimate Susanoo, you have to use the ability very very often like sasuke did. Problem with that is that basic mangekyou sharingan users usually dont get that far because their eyes will simply be blinded during so heavy use until the really can reach this point of perfection.
So that kinda explains that story.

You could've also mentioned how Mangekyu Sharingan powers are usually given to the user based on what they want the most.
- Shisui wanted to protect peace from the shadows so he received a special Tsukoyomi that it is undetectable.
- Itachi's Amaterasu burns indiscriminately the same way he slaughtered his clan.
- Itachi's got a very strong Tsukoyomi as well because of his resolve to be perceived as a villain after killing his clan.
- Sasuke wanted to destroy specific things and people so he got to first have and then control the black flames.
- Obito wanted a world where he could have Rin so he got the second dimension.
- Madara felt that he and his uchiha are unmatched so he arguably got the strongest Susano which "helps indiscriminately" as that is almost the literal translation of the word Susano keeping in mind that his clan banished him when he wanted their help.

It's funny how attaining the eternal Sharingan could have been a conflict-free event. Two brothers who love each other will trade eyes with each other. It could even be spun into a joyous ceremonial event where blood ties become stronger. But the whole Uchiha clan are honestly too conflict prone

The MS is already incredibly powerful and easy to access but at least it has drawbacks. But the EMS is totally ridiculous; it gets only power boosts and there are absolutely no drawbacks.
Well, it has a drawback - it requires a transplant from a previously awakened Sharingan. I guess if you got a brother and murder him after he awakens his, it'd be possible (as Itachi wanted to do), but otherwise, it wouldn't be obtainable

That's not even proven that's a fuckin theory u came up with and tried to establish that as the actual reason. It's called asspull. If I was Sasuke I would've been questioning the fuck outta Kakashi as to how he fuckin unlocked a perfect susanoo when he's never seen using susanoo in the entire series, the person giving him the sharingan has never been seen using the susanoo in the entire series, and the fact that that was the first time Kakashi has ever had both Sharingan before. But somehow he can manifest and perfectly control the perfect susanoo with no sort of practice prior to the use of it against Kaguya. And it isn't even fuckin eternal. And no Uchiha has even been seen to have unlocked the perfect susanoo the first time around.

The reason sasuke had itachi's MS was that when itachi died he planted Amaterasu in sasuke so that it would kill Madara (Obito)
And when sasuke awakened MS it inherited the ability itachi implanted him with

I never got why Sasuke and Itachi, two of the smartest characters on the show, never thought of just switching eyes to both attain EMS. Granted, Itachi would have to wait until Sasuke actually *awakened* the Mangekyō, which may actually require him killing Itachi, but its been shown to be possible to attain it through other means. They would both definitely be eligible for the EMS too.
tonyspro Itachi was suffering from a terminal illness. Literally the only thing keeping him alive was his determination to make sure Sasuke was safe which is why he pressed him so hard to become more powerful than he was. It was also why he just straight up collapsed and died as soon as he’d sealed Orochimaru, who was the most direct threat to Sasuke at the time, implanted the Amaterasu to kill Tobi and hid the Kotoamatsukami in Naruto to basically wank his way into making Sasuke have a normal life after he died. After all that was done he didn’t have a reason to hold on anymore so he just died

6 paths chakra and Hashirama's cells seems to increase tye Sharingan's level, if transplanted to an Uchiha. It seems to add a level from your own achievable form. If you have nothing you get a Sharingan, from Sharingan to Mangekyou, from Mangekyou to Eternal Mangekyou, and finally Eternal Mangekyou to Rinnegan.

One interesting thing is how the susano can be used even without the eyes SOMEHOW, but appears to not be usable if the eyes lose their light. What would happen if before blindness, an uchiha ripped out their eyeballs? This might just mean infinite susano usage, and if this same uchiha happened to learn sage mode they might also be able to fight like normal using just the sensory buffs that sage mode provides
But they will suffer a lot too by cant seeing again

I have a theory that the abilities the user mongekyou sharigan's abilities are decided based on what kind of trauma the user experienced. Like sasuke having Amaterasu from itachi's death and itachi having tsukyomi from shisui's death

No. there is no way. you need TWO pairs of mangekyo sharingan not just one. Thats why sasukes and madaras mangekyo have both their brothers mangekyo attributes added to their own.

I think Susano can be perfected through the number of times it is used. But due to the blindness, most of the users can't do so many times and that is why Eternel Mangekayo Sharingan works as a solution to that but still users with only Mangekayo can also perfect it.

I think You’ve missed something here to mention, Obito did not have the eternal mangekyo sharingan but he still uses kamui endlessly without any problems, that because he had hashirama cells planted in his body , so there is other way to continue using the MS abilities without losing sight..

The perfect Susanoo requires an eternal mangekyou sharingan OR the chakra of the sage of the six paths, like Kakashi where he got a bit amount of six paths chakra from obito, and indra where he got the six paths chakra from Hagoromo.
Love the idea and design of the M Sharingan but will say I feel like they got overblown really dam fast towards the end with massive abilities on par with tailed beasts (you know, the closest things to gods at the time) with little to no consequence, i.e, chakra consumption became non existent.
I liked it up when it could do the sussano'o torso, the separate eye abilities, Izanagi and the other one if they caused permanent blindness, not something that could just be swapped out and "all better"
The perfect sussano'o was dope as hell wont lie, but kinda ridiculous at the same time

The perfect susanoo is obtained by an Uchiha with mangekyo with lots and lots of amounts of Chakra. You do not necessarily need the eternal mangekyo for it.

I think the abilities of the MS are based off the users personality or whats going on with their life
Obito thought the world was nothing without Rin and thus gained the Kamui giving him access to a world where there is practically nothing
Shisui wanted to change the hearts of his clan and village and so he gained Kotoamatsuki which allows him to change peoples hearts withought them even realizing
Sasuke wanted to destroy the village so he gained the amaterasu, an inextinguishable fire
im not sure why itachi gained the tsukiyomi or susanoo but whatever

Imagine only using one mangekyou sharingan, so you would still always be able to see out of the other eye, regardless of how much you use it. Also, it never says that the blindness makes you not able to use your mangekyou abilities anymore, so you’d still have OP abilities, you’d just have no depth perception

It also might only be possible that you can only obtain EMS if the person you receive the transplanted sharingan from donated them willingly. Both Madara and Sasuke, the only two known people to have successfully gained EMS, had their brothers give their eyes voluntarily.

I know this wasn't canon, but Indra got the same MS as Sasuke. There are two possibilities for this:
1. Sasuke's the reincarnation of Indra, and therefore they got the same MS.
2. There isn't an unlimited amount of unique MS. There are only a set amount of possible MS. So, in theory, Sarada could get Itachi or Shisui's MS. It's kind of like eye-color, there isn't an endless amount of eye-colors.
