@@huggles1939 It isn't, in order to level them up you have to use your eyes in combat & gain sin WHILE USING THEM I repeat WHILE USING THEM.

That’s not how it works, rinnegan is asura + indra chakra. The moment you combine the 2, you get the rinnegan.
