hey mate you may find it easier to cut wood if you make a saw horse to put the wood your cutting on. they're pretty easy to make and you can use the wood you got. putting wood on a block is dodgy as.
yes yes saw horse is great idea, and i think it posible to find on TH-cam how to make it, but as you already mentioned, it is easy to make by yourself, and I still need to learn better to sharpen with a manual sharpener, and I can also sharpen with a grinder, I just need to buy a small disk for sharpening
@@ChaleNNux buy a chainsaw round file and a file guide, the guide has the angle that's needed to file the teeth at. will really help alot better than trying to grind it if you are still learning. also good videos on you tube on sharpening your chain. Once you learn how to file at the 30 degree angle that the tooth is at you're saw will cut like it's got a new chain.
@@b.p.rwebber8098 yes yes, it's not that difficult to learn how to sharpen, just hack the angle to file at the 30 degree as you mentioned and swipe normally, and you don't need to use a lot of force when brushing your chainsaw teeth,
wow, I really didn't think that I was put the chain backwards, I will check it tomorrow, maybe that's why it cuts so bad that I put it on backwards, I checked now, the pointed teeth of the door go in the front, and the blunt ones at the back, it seems that the chain is installed well
I don't know, in all this years like 20 years working with chainsaws only 1 time I cut my finger but not deep, finger now okay,r but it was needed stitches in hospital
👍👍👌👌
thank you
I'm not good at sharpening the chain, I'm still learning
