Xenon and ConneR pack includes major key points/hints to the story's progression. You'll be less confused than the people with only PAFF Neko and Robo available. (Good for a nerd like me who enjoys the story a lot)
aa far as i understand, Paff, Neko and Robo are the ones that get their story updated and the ones that will get the game's ending, while Xennon, Conner and the others are have hints and major reveals to understand a little more about Cytus, for now at least You know since Paff and Robo have a direct conection with the Aesir Fest and i forgot how Neko is part of the mess but she is important too

I got full combos up to Chaos Level 12/13s and MM’d a bunch of Level 11s, but TP100 is way out of my league lol
I managed to TP100 a couple of the easier Chaos maps(iPhone 5S), but can't even get FCs on 15 maps.
