To basically simplify Fake Peppino's fight (for those who don't know):the part with the two clones is the second phase featuring his previous attack but with another clone echoing them or attacking Peppino. Then after that he chases Peppino through a tunnel and if he touched you you would lose two HP as opposed to one.
Fake Peppino is basically just Bizzaro from the *Superman* comics (a backwards-talking poorly-made clone of the original who mangles metaphors and flesh in equal measure due to how stupid/insane they are, and even if they _do_ genuinely wish to do good, they end up getting it wrong because of how... "unique" and "alien" they are in their warped mentality due to being a tragically and/or horrifyingly childlike artificial replication of Superman).
